This patented, two-piece shimmable design allows alignment changes to be made to correct for mis-alignment or cold to hot crankweb deflections. VIBRATHERM chocks will easily replace existing solid or two-piece steel chocks and provide greater resistance to horizontal forces. VIBRATHERM will also insulate the block by up to 30%. By reducing this heat, compressive strengths are higher, bond strength is better, and creep is lower. Therefore, the operating life of the epoxy grout is longer.

MagBolt® Tension Indicator
While it is the job of your foundation to hold your equipment up, it is the job of your anchor bolts to hold it down. Once a bolt has lost its stretch, it has quit doing its job.
The MagBolt measures the actual stretch in a bolt or stud due to tension, therefore eliminating the error caused by friction which occurs when using a torque wrench. The MagBolt also permits the "wrenchless" checking of the tension in an anchor bolt/stud.
MagBolts are prestressed and held at a predetermined preload in a 2,000 lb. winston hydraulic load cell in a climate controlled room.

Engine Re-alignment made easy with E-ZEE Lift
Eliminate point loading and the risk of stripping engine jackbolts. The E-Zee Lift system utilizes hydraulics to assist in alignment changes. The EZ-100 and EZ-200 come with various aluminum shims, Y connections, 10,000 psi gauge, lifting head, and Enerpac pump.
Units with stripped jackbolts, hard to reach jackbolts or no jack bolts can be re-aligned easily with the E-ZEE Lift. With a rated lifting capacity of 74,800 lbs. (1 inch) to 97,000 lbs. (2 inch), shim changes can be accomplished in a matter of minutes.
