Compact Oil-Water-Gas Separator for Oil & Gas Production
The compact design of the RST Tri-Phase separator allows easy retrofit installation into a production system. The unit is designed for offshore duty and offers a significant reduction in footprint and weight compared to conventional vessel separators.

The minimal footprint, and efficient separation over a wide turndown range, make the Tri-Phase unit an effective device for removing bottlenecks in production facilities. The powerful centrifugal force field that is generated breaks down foam to reduce chemical consumption.

Efficient Separation
The Tri-Phase turbine offers one of the highest throughput-to-size ratios of any separation device on the market today. Separation takes place in a rotating drum that generates more than 5,000 g, so the unit is unaffected by platform motion or watercut. 

The unit exceeds the separation efficiency of a conventional vessel-based separator and operates reliably over a wide range of flows and transient conditions. It is very effective against foaming fluids, and the high centrifugal forces allow the unit to dehydrate crude oil and operate at any watercut.
