The
BDC-OF18H3 is a rugged, process gas, reciprocating compressor
designed conservatively in accordance with API-618 for maximum longevity.
This unit is the largest Dresser-Rand reciprocating compressor in terms of
power and load handling capabilities. It is available in an even number of
throws up to ten throws and can be used for multiple applications. This
machine has been designed for maximum reliability and ease of maintenance.

features include ground journals and crankpins in addition to
integrally forged drive flange to withstand torque fluctuations

forces and improve rigidity

iron flanged crosshead design with hydraulically tensioned piston rod
