The Dresser-Rand business, part of Siemens Power and Gas Division, will showcase its expanded solutions portfolio for the worldwide oil, gas, petrochemical, and process industries in Siemens booth 6510, Hall 6 at the 2016 Offshore Northern Seas (ONS). ONS is one of the key industry exhibitions and conferences for the offshore oil and gas industry and will be held in Stavanger, Norway from 29th August to 1st September 2016, at the Stavanger Forum.
Siemens and the Dresser-Rand business serve the oil and gas industry through a breadth of electrification, automation, digitalization, rotating equipment and environmental solutions. The Dresser-Rand business has an extensive product portfolio that includes turbo and reciprocating compressors; steam turbines; industrial and aero-derivative gas turbines; high-speed engines; and modular power substations (E-Houses). Clients now have more choices available to them from a single supplier, with access to a larger product and service portfolio as a result of the integration of the former Siemens compressor products and services businesses and the Rolls Royce Energy industrial aero-derivative gas turbine business with Dresser-Rand.
With the world’s largest installed base, one of the world’s largest technical support and service networks, and a presence in more than 150 countries worldwide, Siemens and the Dresser-Rand business deliver local solutions and services globally.
Visitors to Siemens booth 6510 in Hall 6 will be introduced to the integrated portfolio and can learn more about specific products, services and technologies, including DATUM® compressors, KG2 containerized generator sets, Siemens SGT-750 industrial gas turbine, control systems upgrades for offshore applications, E-Houses, and new seal technology for turbomachinery.
X-pert center presentations
Subject matter experts will be on hand to answer questions and we will feature a series of technical presentations at our booth’s X-pert Center throughout the conference.
A subject matter expert from the Dresser-Rand business will present the topic, Dresser-Rand business ATGI HALO™ Seal for Turbomachinery, in booth 6510‘s X-pert Center, and will be available to answer questions. The HALO seal builds on a crossover, state-of-the-art seal originally designed for the aerospace industry to improve turbomachinery performance in oil & gas applications.
