DRESSER-RAND IS OFFERING an expanded slate of training courses, including more than two dozen web-based training (WBT) courses offered through an agreement with Coastal Skills Training.

For decades, Dresser-Rand has offered comprehensive product training programs for mechanics and operators of centrifugal compressors, gas turbines, steam turbines, low-speed process gas reciprocating compressors, high-speed separable gas field compressors, and control systems. These state-of-the-art training programs are designed to help operations and maintenance personnel reduce equipment maintenance costs and ensure reliability.

The recent agreement between Dresser-Rand and Coastal further expands the company's online training offerings, now available in Coastal's award-winning ClarityNet HD® eLearning format.

“By teaming up with Coastal, we're better able to serve clients,” said Mark Jones, training manager at Dresser-Rand. “Most of our clients still like instructor-led training, and we continue to offer a wide range of hands-on programs and classroom sessions.
