Employee and Leadership Development Programs
Within our world class learning system, employees have access to a wide range of personal, professional, and technical development courses. Courses are available to improve time management, writing, and many other skills needed for success. We also offer our employees online training about our products and technologies.
Several development programs are in place to provide supervisors and managers with the necessary skills to lead their teams and advance their careers. Programs are offered globally and taught by internal subject matter experts as well as outside partners.
Business Acumen Program
The Business Acumen Program, taught by the company’s senior leadership team, provides a unique learning experience for future leaders in Dresser-Rand. The course covers a wide range of business topics from Finance Fundamentals, Risk Management, Customer Service, and includes a final case study exercise. Work is done in cross-functional teams giving employees exposure to other aspects of the business.
Project Management Professional Program (PMP)
This program, sponsored by the International Institute of Learning (IIL), is designed to give participants the PMP credentials to demonstrate a proficient level of project management leadership skills.
Certificate Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
This program is designed specifically for project team members. The CAPM credential is aimed at improving overall project success by helping to ensure project management knowledge.
