offer optional benefits to help meet your unique personal and

Retirement
Company-sponsored retirement benefits are offered to
employees. These programs may vary based on business area.
Employees may need to satisfy certain service requirements to
become participants and receive vesting credit in these plans.
You can defer up to 50 percent of your eligible compensation
toward your retirement, subject to IRS limits, into a qualified
Retirement Savings or 401(k) Plan. There are currently 12 Core
and 11 Target Retirement Investment Fund options in which you
can choose to invest your retirement savings.
Company contributions of up to seven percent of eligible
compensation are also available to eligible employee groups.
Time Away from Work
Eligible employees earn comprehensive leave each pay period.
Comprehensive leave provides paid time off for vacation,
personal business, and short-term illness. Accrual rates vary,
based upon years of service with the company. Most Dresser-Rand
employees are eligible for ten holidays during the year.
