Educational Opportunities
Tuition Reimbursement
Dresser-Rand invests in the development of its employees by
offering a tuition reimbursement program that starts on your
first workday. All eligible and approved educational
expenses (tuition, books, lab fees, etc.) are reimbursed at
100 percent.
Employee Development Programs
Business Acumen Program
The Business Acumen Program provides a unique learning
experience for future leaders in Dresser-Rand. It's taught
by the company's senior leadership.
Quality of Leadership (QOL)
QOL is designed for individuals in management or leadership
positions in the company and focuses on Ken Blanchard's
situational leadership model and Kouzes and Posner's five
exemplary leadership practices.
Project Management Professional Program (PMP)
This program is sponsored by the International Institute of
Learning (IIL) and designed to give participants the PMP
credentials to demonstrate a proficient level of project
management leadership skills.
Certificate Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
This program is designed specifically for project team
members. The CAPM credential is aimed at improving overall
project success by helping to ensure project management
knowledge.
