Rotational Programs
(Management Acceleration Program)
Our Management Acceleration Program (MAP) is one of our key early career opportunities at Dresser-Rand.
It is designed to shape future leaders of Dresser-Rand by providing participants with diverse developmental experiences early in their careers. Functional rotations are complemented by technical and leadership training that includes exposure to senior leadership. MAP is broken into three, one-year assignments followed by a final program assignment. All assignments occur within a functional concentration. Functional concentrations are:
- Engineering
- Finance
- Manufacturing
- Process Innovation (Lean and Six
Sigma)
Through experiences in multiple geographic and business unit locations, MAP participants build strong foundational skills, create networks, control projects, and have a great deal of responsibility that prepares them for successful careers with Dresser-Rand.
Interns / Co-ops
Internship / co-op positions are available year-round and scheduling is flexible to accommodate academic schedules. Dresser-Rand
interns
/ co-ops participate as members of project teams in engineering, manufacturing, sales, field operations, or business areas that complement academic curricula with relevant hands-on experience. Working side-by-side with some of the most talented people in the energy industry, this experience provides an excellent opportunity for academic and career growth.
